How to submit a complaint?

1. Complaint should be submitted in writing.

2. Complaints may be sent to the Committee via mail to postal address: 03680, Kiev, prospect Peremogy 54/1, IGCA UMA, or via e-mail: for.good.ad@gmail.com

3. A special Compliant Form shall be filled out. A copy of an advertisement (photo, copy of commercial (video), copy of text, audio copy) shall be added. The time and place of ad display shall be indicated.
