About UMA

NGO “Ukrainian Association of Marketing” (NGO “UMA”) is an all-Ukrainian public non-profit organization created on a professional basis.

Members of UAM are marketers, advertisers, the academic community and business representatives.

The Association’s efforts are aimed at the formation of civilized rules of work in the market of marketing services, correct and honest relations between researchers and customers of marketing research, protection of the rights of respondents, creation of professional, creative advertising, bringing education closer to the requirements of the labor market.

The NGO “UMA” carries out its activities in accordance with the Association’s Statute and Code of Ethics. In their activities, the members of UMA adhere to the Quality Standards of Marketing Research of UMA-SOU 91.12.0-21708654-001-2002, ESOMAR Guidelines and Directives, Standard of Non-discriminatory Advertising by Gender SOU 21708654-002-2011. The professional standards “Commodity market research analyst” and “Advertiser” were developed by the NGO “UMA” in order to determine the qualification requirements for the profession.
