Analytical report on the results of the fourth year of the pilot project, which is implemented in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science of 15.10.2019 No. 1296 “Regarding the introduction of a pilot project in institutions of vocational pre-higher and higher education for the training of specialists using a dual form of education”

The report provides an analysis of the results of the fourth year of the experiment on the implementation of the dual form of education (DFZO) in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education of Ukraine, describes approaches to the organization of cooperation with employers and their experience in training students of dual education, and examines the experience of students who transferred for training under the DFZO, as well as a comparative analysis of the trends identified during the four years of the pilot project implementation.
The difference between the dual form of education and the traditional models of practical training of education seekers is gradually crystallizing. ¬
The number of students of higher education who study under the dual form of education during the 4 years of the pilot project increased from 504 in 2019/2020. up to 685 people in 20222/2023 n.r. The number of specialties studied by students increased from 34 in 2019/2020. to 61 in 2022/2023 The number of cases by specialty in institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education increased in four years from 71 in 2019/2020. to 114 in 2022/2023
Even in difficult war times, when some universities and colleges have been relocated, some educational institutions have lost their material and technical base, enterprises have been destroyed, relocated or repurposed, and teachers and students have changed their place of residence, the DFZO does not lose its positions. Expanding the coverage of the DFZO is a guarantee of innovative development and the contribution of educators and employers to the recovery of the economy of Ukraine.
