Iryna Lylyk

President of the NGO “Ukrainian Marketing Association”. Chairman of the Qualification Committee of the Ukrainian Marketing Association, which was established in 2005 to develop and confirm the qualifications of marketers and advertisers. She initiated the development and adoption of the Marketing Research Quality Standards – SOU 91.12.0-21708654-001-2002, which became the rules for conducting research business in Ukraine. She was elected as the National Representative of ESOMAR in Ukraine and represented this organization from 2005 to 2016. In 2011, she initiated the development and adoption of the Standards for Non-Discriminatory Advertising on the Basis of Sex – SOU 21708654-002-2011, which were supported by the majority of professional associations. She is the chairman of the Industrial Gender Committee on Advertising, which aims to combat discrimination in advertising. She is a member of the Expert Council on Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Sex at the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. In order to improve the marketing of education in Ukraine, to initiate a project to introduce a dual form of education in Ukraine. Project Partner: Representative Office of the Fund. He is the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Marketing in Ukraine”, which is the only Ukrainian-language marketing periodical in Ukraine. It has been published since 1998. She has published more than 100 articles, is a co-author of three marketing textbooks and the author of the monographs “Marketing in the Ukrainian Economy” and “Intuitive Consumer Marketing”.
